Dana first began exploring the practice of yoga in 1997. Through trial and error she found the Iyengar method. Once introduced to Yogasana center she was hooked by the uniquely supportive and rigorous teachers and the comprehensive approach to the students’ learning. She completed the Yogasana teacher training program in 2011. In addition, she has been a regular student of Alexander Technique for over 3 years. Dana finds teaching yoga to be a natural extension of her practice and personal exploration and a complement to her full time career in social work with families and children.
